When you put together your baby registry, usually what you think of immediately are newborn essentials. It’s hard to think past that first year, especially if you’re about to be a new mom. It seems so far away! Well I have some sad news. That first year FLIES by! But don’t worry, I have you covered. These are all essentials from my baby registry my toddler still uses.

10 Essentials From My Baby Registry My Toddler Still Uses
Many of these we still use every single day. I may not have used a lot of them right at the beginning, but I’m glad I had them for when I needed them. The following list is the ten essentials from my baby registry my toddler still uses, and she’s two!
Munchkin High Capacity Dishwasher Basket
This is so great to have because of all the small parts you have to wash every day. You can use this to hold smaller bottle parts in the beginning. And as they transition into solid foods and sippy cups, it can hold the small pieces and utensils.
I even use this for other small things that can otherwise be lost in the dishwasher! In all honesty, I’ll probably keep using this even after she’s done using her feeding supplies. It’s just great for keeping any small parts together.
Munchkin Snack Catcher
When my daughter started eating finger foods I loved these to help control the mess. And now that she’s older I love these for traveling to contain her snacks. They hold good portions so she’s not eating too much in one sitting. And after using these consistently for about a year and a half, they’ve held up extremely well!
First Essentials NUK Sippy Cups
Okay so I’ll admit, these weren’t originally on my baby registry. Instead I started out with smaller cups with the silicone mouth pieces. The problem I ran into is when I was trying to start her on sippy cups, she was also teething. So she would chew holes into the soft mouth pieces SO quickly.
After going through all different kinds of sippy cups and spending more money than I’d like to admit, I gave these a shot. Let me tell you, I so wish I just started with these! Do not let the 12 month+ description deter you. I got these when she was about 8 months old and she figured them out in no time. In fact, these were the first ones she was able to use on her own!
These are so inexpensive, have a hard spout so your little teether can chew away to their hearts content, and are leak proof. Take it from me and just get these!
Silicone Bibs
When your little one starts eating solids, those cloth bibs aren’t going to cut it. They get nasty and stained way too easily. Plus they’ll still make a mess all over themselves!
These bibs are easy to clean, and the pocket catches anything that spills so the mess is contained. My daughter actually checks her pocket after she clears her plate to eat anything that was caught in there. Silicone bibs for the win!
Infantino Squeeze Station
If you want to make your baby purees this is a great option to store them. I love these for on the go food. This station is so easy to use, is affordable, and so much cheaper than buying the pouches at the grocery store.
Now that my daughter is older, I use these for easy snacks. I like to buy stuff in bulk like apple sauce, yogurt, and pudding to fill them up. Needless to say I’ve gotten good use out of this gadget!
FridaBaby Snot Sucker
In my experience, the generic bulb syringes you get from the hospital are no good. They aren’t very effective, are difficult to clean, and baby hates them.
Enter the Snot Sucker! This is the most effective way of helping my baby breath whenever she had a stuffy nose. It does a great job clearing their sinuses, and cleaning it is a breeze! Best of all, my daughter doesn’t mind when I use it on her. A magical thing, this is!
BabyFrida Snot Spray
When I got the snot sucker this nasal spray came with it. I would spray this in her nose first to loosen up any mucus and then use the snot sucker. What I like about this stuff is it’s really gentle when you spray. I’ve used other infant saline sprays and the spray just seemed so intense. One spray of this in each nostril works great.
Graco Slim Fit Convertible Car Seat
If you’re looking for an all-in-one car seat I highly recommend this one. Adjusting it to fit is really simple, it’s lightweight, and it doesn’t take up a ton of room. I love convertible car seats because you don’t have to worry about buying a new one for every stage of your child’s life. Car seats are expensive! With this one, you’re one and done!
Car Seat Protectors
These really should be a no brainer. They protect your car from not only getting ruined by the car seat, but the messes that come with it. Any time I go to clean out my car, I find cereal and gold fish and all kinds of snacks hiding out under the car seat. But all I need to do is take this thing out, shake it out, and viola! Much better!
Sound Machine
Last but not least on my list of essentials from my baby registry my toddler still uses, a sound machine. It will keep them sound asleep while you can carry on with whatever you need to do and not worry about being dead silent. Especially if you have dogs and they notice a leaf blowing in the wind and start to go nuts (yes, really).
This is the one we have, but there are plenty of great options out there.
So there you have it. All the essentials from my baby registry my toddler still uses. So go ahead an d add these to your registry if you haven’t yet!
Is there anything that you still use for your toddler that isn’t on this list? Let me know!
